Refund policy

At So Sage Cosmetics we take pride in providing high-quality, handmade products. Due to the nature of products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons. However, customer satisfaction is our top priority and we are happy to assist with any concerns regarding your order. 


If your order arrives damaged or in incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of your order. 

 

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit. 

We do not offer refunds for buyers remorse or personal preference.

Cancellations:

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

European Union (EU) Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your items for any reason and without justification.


To exercise this right, you must notify So Sage Cosmetics in writing within the 14-day period of your decision to cancel your order. Returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging, and in the same condition received.


Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, certain cosmetic, skincare, and personal care products that have been opened, used, or unsealed after delivery may not be eligible for return in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable law.
